Arka Law was founded on the belief that the most interesting legal questions of the next decade live where statute meets system — IP over novel architectures, regulation over programmable money, liability over autonomous code. We built a practice to meet them head on.

We work with founders shipping their first IP filing, exchanges navigating new licensing regimes, platforms responding to data incidents, and investors evaluating the legal posture of what they back. The matters are different; the standard is the same.
